At C&M JEWEL, we take pride in the quality of our jewelry and strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories
- Show no signs of damage, alteration, or misuse
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom-made jewelry
- Personalized or engraved products
- Made-to-order items
- Resized or modified jewelry
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Gift cards
Because custom and personalized jewelry is created specifically for each customer, these orders are considered final sale.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back.

- Email address used for the order
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when the return is due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected
- No longer wanting the item
- Ordering the wrong product
Our Responsibility
C&M JEWEL will cover reasonable return shipping costs if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was shipped
- The item contains a verified manufacturing defect
5. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time is typically 5–10 business days
- Bank or payment provider processing times may vary
Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the claim and work to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before production or shipment.
For custom-made or personalized orders, production may begin shortly after purchase. Once production has started, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
9. Important Notice
Free returns are not available unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that return packages are properly packed and shipped using a trackable shipping service whenever possible.
C&M JEWEL is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged during transit.
