1. Can I customize my own jewelry design?
Yes. C&M JEWEL specializes in handmade custom jewelry. You can customize rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, engravings, special sizes, and personalized styles. You can provide your own pictures, ideas, or choose from our existing designs to modify details.
2. How long does custom jewelry take to make and ship?
Custom jewelry is not ready-made. Every piece is handmade one by one. Normally, all custom orders take about 7 business days for production before shipping. Special materials, complex designs, rare stones, or special engravings may take a little longer. We will keep you updated during the whole process.
3. What materials do you offer for custom jewelry?
We offer high-quality materials including sterling silver, gold-plated, premium alloy, inlaid zircon, crystal stones, and other luxury accessories. All materials are skin-friendly, durable, and suitable for daily wear and gift collection.
4. How do I choose the correct ring size or jewelry size?
We provide standard international sizes. If you are not sure about your size, you can contact our customer service via WhatsApp. We will send you a simple size guide to help you measure at home easily. We also support custom non-standard special sizes for free.
5. Can I engrave names, dates, or special words on the jewelry?
Yes, free engraving is available for most custom items. You can engrave names, initials, anniversary dates, symbols, or short meaningful words on the inside or outside of rings, pendants, and bracelets.
6. Do you provide international shipping? How can I track my order?
We ship worldwide. After your custom jewelry is finished and quality checked, we will arrange shipping and send you a real-time tracking number. You can check the delivery status online anytime on our website or the official logistics website.
7. Can I return or exchange custom jewelry?
Because custom jewelry is specially made according to your personal size, design, and engraving, it cannot be resold. Therefore, custom items are not support for free return or exchange. If the product has quality problems, damage, or our production mistakes, we will remake or compensate for you for free.
8. Is the jewelry safe and skin-friendly?
All our jewelry materials are strictly tested, nickel-free, lead-free, and skin-friendly. They will not easily cause allergies. Suitable for long-term daily wear, parties, weddings, gifts, and collection.
9. How can I contact you if I have special requirements?
