Processing & Production Time

Due to the nature of custom jewelry, special sizes, precious materials and personalized designs require careful handcrafting, polishing and quality inspection.

Most orders will be shipped within about 7 business days from the date your payment is confirmed.

In some cases, for rare materials, complex custom designs or special engraving requests, the production time may be slightly extended. We will keep you updated promptly if any delay occurs.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your custom jewelry is completed and inspected, we will arrange international shipping immediately. A valid tracking number will be provided to you, and you can track your order status online.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery and protect your jewelry from damage during transportation.
